It's time once again for another round of New PlayStation Store releases. This week, there's a fantastic new indie game out called Dead Cells. Described by the developers as a "roguevania", Dead Cells does feel quite a bit like a DS-quality Castlevania game mixed with rogue elements (including frequent deaths, loss of progression, and somewhat-randomized stages). The game is a blast to play and does a pretty great job filling the void left by the regrettably-long absence of 2D Castlevania games. It's a must-purchase for sure.

Also out in the past ten weeks, the rock solid Mega Man X Legacy Collection(s); a handful of fantastic Neo-Geo games; and Unravel Two, a sequel to the endearing original. If at first you don't succeed, die, try again. Jump past the break to see more new releases from the last seventy days.
